3 June 2017: Tasting old wines
The tasting of historical wines is an opportunity that will be repeated this year. A very interesting initiative for wine lovers who want to compare the aromas of the old historical South Tyrolean vines with those of today. A special moment to compare the quality of the original vines with that of today. The vineyards of the Kaltern Wine Museum house grape varieties that were once common throughout the region. It is possible to taste wines from historic grape varieties such as Fraueler, Weissterlaner, Blatterle and Gschlafene. Experienced wine experts will accompany you on a visit to the museum and the tasting.
